I seem to remember exactly the same headline popping up back in the eighties. Are we still needing to improve the system?
The part about tests being cancelled due to bad weather worries me a bit. Is there a UN Accord that prohibits nuclear launches in bad weather? I think intercept capabilites in any weather would be a critical success factor for the project…
Chris, this also reassures me. Remember all the cancelled missions. How many of those missiles attacking us will actually get off the ground?
