Here’s the rub. The type of relationship to which I was referring in my hypothesis has a strong cultural/taste component. Thus, it seems like a marketing firm would be best suited to devise an experiment. A double-blind consistency and taste comparison (remember the Pepsi Challenge?).

This may be true, plus it is so much easier to eat without being hindered by those two small sticks they give you.
