For a pastor, you are supposed to be able to demonstrate how the Bible teaches what the Westminster Standards say, and that such a reading of the Bible is obviously correct against the other offered interpretations.  I apologize for putting this too strongly in a previous iteration.  The point is that telling people they ought to interpret the Bible according to Westminster documents is a dereliction of duty.  Your argument is supposed to come from Scripture, not human authority.
