If you’re looking for a publisher…

…I think this constitutes a pretty commonsense checklist. In the midst of making a deal, I think people often need common sense written down for them.

I know I do.

    Mark,

I’m a very long way from ever publishing, but if you’re interested, I have a blog going on a creative and metaphorical vein; please see feudaltechnocrat.blogspot.com . I realize that I haven’t updated in some time but it is my lame collection of beginner scenes to some day be incorporated in a novel.

    Mark,

My main service is to the Port of Seattle at SeaTac Airport, but I have a sideline in building computers and doing small electrical projects for various people I know. What has really helped in reawakening my desire to write is the irregular Sunday school class in poetry moderated by Doug Bond (writer of the Crown & Covenant series, etc.) that I have become a part of. One member of our group, Alan Orsborn, is writing an epic poem of the story of St. Brenden (sp?). Just being around people greater than myself (an easy thing) is really inspiring.
