Hi Tricia - Sounds very familiar. I was home for lunch a couple of weeks ago, and went upstairs to quickly check email before returning to work. Water was dripping from the ceiling in the upstairs hall. Of course I was dressed for work - slacks, dress shirt, and tie; and needed to climb into the attic on a HOT day to discover a clogged A/C drain. (Sounds like Jay's attire was more suitable.) I stayed just long enough to siphon water from the pan and asked Cindy to call the same A/C folks who did such good work for us in Richardson. Luckily, the leak had just started, as Cindy was up there just 30 minutes earlier. The A/C guy responded quickly and we also since had part of the hall ceiling replaced.

Hopefully, maybe 5 or 10 years from now, Jay himself will be able to remember with a wee bit of humor! BTW, how did the day end?
