Do you think if Sharon stated that he wanted 48 hours of no violence in stead of 14 days that the rate of violence would step up to prevent it?
I liked the end of the column especially. I’m starting to wonder if another full scale war is the only way the situation will ever get resolved, even partially. Not that I want that or want the US to get militarily involved.

Here’s some thoughts. Arafat must go. Terrorist organizations (Hamas and others) must be destroyed. The genocidal propaganda of the internationally funded Palestinian Authority must be shut down. Thus far, terrorists have a stellar track record when it comes to garnering concessions, so why would they ever quit?
